those who have over come lagging pecs!

I've been focusing on upper chest lately...mainly doing incline DB flyes and neck presses. I've also been doing FST-7 on the rotary incline machine - its one of the few ways I can actually stimulate the inner pec major. Doing these things has really made a difference in my upper chest. I've always liked higher reps for hypertrophy but to each his own.

yea may try this after my run with blood and guts. i like the low volume/high intensity approach. thinking i may have been doing too much for chest

man chest will not grow without legs and core welcome deadlifts and squats and hello chest size period fuck who says diffrent

never would have given this advice because i have never thought about it like that, i personally do deads and squats weekly lol. but i never knew it was helping chest, hell yeah

One of my favorite pec builders is a neutral grip db bench keeping the dumbbells together and squeezing them against each other hard going up at a slow tempo. My second favorite is db flies going 3/4 of the way up then back down so you keep tension on the pecs.

For strength, bb incline for upper and bb decline for lower. Flat bench always turns out to be an anterior delt/tricep movement for me.

Edit: the first exercise only really works with hexagonal dumbbells. Never tried it with those fancy round ones.
