i've been looking for years for a way to curb my late night sweet tooth..recently, i use 1 packet of stevia, i cup of greek yogurt(fat free/plain) and cinnamon.
it tastes great but just curious what others think of it, bullshit? dangerous? good to go?
i'm wondering if a very minimal amount of organic raw sugar would be better, healthier, etc.
