Thoughts on this type of training?

Hey first of just wanted to say great board.....lots of good info and help whenever you need it.

My question is regarding the Bowflex type machines more specifically the Bowflex Ultimate 2. I know that nothing beats the raw iron in the gym but I was just wondering what everyones thoughts are on this type of machine. I have limited access to the gym due to work and training hours. I do not know of many people personally that utilize this type of training so I can not get feedback that way, that is why I am here. With the Ultimate 2 you can get some decent poundage up to 410lbs....with multiple exercises. Anyway just wanted to get some feedback on these types of machines or if anyone uses them and results ect.....Thanks.. :chainsaw: :3some: ..
 
Like you said nothing beats weights. I think if your goal is to get huge and put on a lot of mass then you're most likely gonna need the weights. But if you're just trying to have a decent shape and tone then it'll do. But if you can't make it to the gym then you gotta do what ya gotta do. Doing a bowflex is by far better than doing nothing at all.
