throat swelling with t3, need advice

Alright so I've walked into t3 slowly. Doing some research and having a few friends assist in guidance. Only side effects I've read about were those of a typical thermogenic. After 4 days into supplementation at 50mcg I've experienced swelling in my throat. I've been told it's "Goiter". I don't really feel pain it's more just discomfort & somewhat difficult to swallow. Is this permanent? Should I taper off and restart with iodine supplementation? Someone give me some advice.

Stop taking it and go to a Dr. Its easy to dismiss as a goiter but it could be a sign of something more serious. My mother was given t4 and had the same thing and was told she had a goiter- no worries. It bothered her enough to get a second opinion. Now with 3/4 of her thyroid removed due to the malignant growth on her thyroid thank god she got a second opinion. Not trying to scare you - it probably isnt cancer at all, very unlikely in fact, but dont mess around with such things man.

interesting.. i have never heard of such a reaction.. yes, please see a doc

Just an update. I visited a doctor, not my primary, didnt have time but he said it's because my body ceased to produce natural production. (I already knew) My body went into "shock" type reaction and cause my thyriod/throat to become inflamed. He didnt want to go into the specifics because technically i was never "prescribed" the drug. Obviously my body will not react well with the substitution of t3, i'm just going to avoid it.
