Thyroidless in need of T3 - want to stay athletic

Hi all,

I've done a few cycles in the past, mostly var and gh (I'm a woman).

No thyroid since early Jan 2014 due to thyroid cancer. I thought I was fortunate to still be myself as the majority of thyroidless people have weight management issues.

This past month I'm scared. I do not have the control I use to with weight. I'm gluten free for close to a year, I've been paleo since the spring. I workout enough that I would be cut if it was last year.

Currently on natural thyroid of T4/t3. Suspecting Rt3 issues. Need to go T3 for a while. Due to my gluten intolerance, I can't take Cytomel by King (gluten in their starch). I wonder if GP cytomel is different than Cytomel by King. What about t3 from Vermodje? Others I should be looking into?

I've looked into var and it looks like a huge no for me now. GH is a no due to cancer. Any other cycles I should be looking into

TIA

Also, any idea of what to do to retain muscle? I work out enough, but having to take T3 the rest of my life I wonder what I can do to keep muscle. I read that T3 can reduce muscle.

One answer is to use exogenous testosterone to combat the catabolism.
