How long do you guys wait between cycles? Number of weeks after finishing PCT?

General rule of thumb is time on (including PCT) = time off...

I would usually give my body a few months off inbetween but i am going away on holiday in 18 weeks.

Can i finish post cycle therapy (pct) (PCT is going well, weight and strength, nut size all good.) have a fortnight off then start my next cycle without causing my body too much harm?

If i did this cycle i would then take 4 months off to let my body really recover. Then i would go back to only doing 2 cycles per year.

Do you think its OK to do it just once or not worth it?

Thank you.

you want to take one night off then get back on? you should have skipped the post cycle therapy (pct) and just stayed on

I always take at least a few hours before hoping back on :)

but really, time on (+PCT + plus good bloodwork) = time off

I am getting on in years, lol. Im 38 and my natural test levels were so low before I started this cycle I think I am on now for life. I will bridge with low dose test between heavy cycles. I will do 2 heavy cycles per year most likely. But the consensus is as long as you are on plus post cycle therapy (pct) you should be off that long as well. So 12 week + 2 week post cycle therapy (pct) = 14week on. So you should take 14 weeks off . My 2cc's

Go see your doc, get those test results, and let your insurance company pay for your bridge...
