Time to downsize my routine

well here is going to be a mock schedule of my week

monday: 2:30-5:00track (run 2-6 miles, do some plyos) Then 8:00-10:15 brazillian jiu-jitsu
Tuesday: Track, Weightlifting
wedsday: Track, BJJ
thursday: track, weightlifting
Friday: Track, BJJ
Saturday: track, weightlifting.
sunday: sleep

The point is i'm going to be putting a whole lot of stress on my body. I want to keep a steady, small three day split for maintanence

Day 1:
Bench
close grip bench on smith
Incline Dumbells
skull crushers
tricept extensions
Bicept curls
(pushups?)

Day 2:
(sorry, no squat rack at gym)
Power cleans
quad extensions
hamstring curls
Calf raises
Back extensions

Day 3:
lat rows
shrugs
pullups
military press
Lateral raises
Abs-situps-crunches ect


Just want to try to get everything covered

It's Submission wrestling. Chokeholds, armbars, joinlocks...Some throws and takedowns.
