time to recover after getting shut down

Im still sore from injecting 3 days a ago, can i inj my self near that spot agian ?

This is why you need to inject in more than two locations.

how many injections you doing a week?? just do glutes and thighs that's 4 spots right there which should be plenty depending on the amount of injections your doing...

Personally I inject gear EOD. I use a minimum of 6 sites and rarely have a problem. If I am on a cycle where I pin ED I can easily increase that to 10 sites. 2 sites per glute, 2 sites per quad, 1 site each delt.

i do 2 inj a week, so far its been in quads...damn my right quad took 4 days to recover, my left one feels tight as shit when i bend it
