tired

i read a thread on feeling tired when on cycle. does this go away? keep in mind i have all the compounds nessecary. (cause man i'm beat)
 
what does your diet look like? changing a few simple things around in your diet can make a HUGE impact on energy levels :)

4AD would help w/ lethargy.......
 
still tired

i'm taking in alot of protien with about 35-50 carbs a day. a thermo & multi. (shakes/bars/food) i also forgot to mention the bad case of night sweats i got.
right now i'm useing 1test/4ad.
would it be right to throw in some real stuff?
 
time on (+pct) = time off. Do the cycle as u planned it, then take time of, and then if u want to run again its up to u.
Dont know much about pro hormones so i cant help with it, but how much protein,carbs etc do u eat/day ? how many meals? etc...
do a search, read something about sweats a little while ago.

damn bro you gonna die with only 35 carbs a day. no wonder you got no energy. are you using injectable PHs? the two you are using aint hittin on much if they are oral. seriously up your carbs but do it around your workouts. you can loose BF and get stronger if you got you diet dialed in. you do not. i can assure you of that.
