Todays meals any good?

Just wondering how todays meals were?

Morning-2 packs of oats and egg meat cheese mcmuffin

Afternoon-Turkey sandwich on wheat and string cheese.

Evening-8oz. hamburger patty 93% lean

Dinner-Turkey meat 93% lean

Tonight-Chilli with 2 peaces of wheat bread
 
It all seems pretty good to me minus the mcmuffin. IMO fast food is no good no matter what it is but thats just me. It would have been better if you had the oatmeal with eggs that you cooked at your house and maybe a bagel or a protien shake. My diet consists of seperating carbs from fats. My first meal is procarbs and my next is profats..good fats obviously..no saturated or trans..just unsaturated or monosat. What are your goals by the way? That might be good to know because then it would be easier to decide if this meal plan is good for you or not. What I'm telling you is based on me assuming you are on a weight gaining/bulking diet.
 
cottage cheese, shakes if ya need them i cant eat all the time so i take about 4 shakes of mucle milk a day too...i eat oats every morn ..then 2 hours later i go to the deli and buy 300grams of sliced chicken or what ever meat i want....2 hours later can of tuna....afternoon some pasta with pork ground beef...and then a shake and then cottage cheese then dinner which is whatever....not to much cause i cant sleep to well.... full to fuck...

Ya I thought I should of been eating more. Also the mcmuffin thing was some stuff we had in the house...not from fast food place, probaly same difference though LOL.
 
hell even sometimes i go and have a burger from skankdonalds after to get in carbs....lol

You should really get some veggies in there brotha! At least a few servings of broccoli or spinich or a veg worth while (don't count regular lettuce, etc.).
what your goals here cuz it could use some tweaking but we need to know which way to go.
 
If you want to bulk then eat bigger and more often but eat correctly meaning dont eat bad fats and i'd cut the drinking out. Make sure you get the correct workout plan in too consisting of the right lifting and cardio. Maybe if you want to bulk consider less reps more weight.
