bench warmups 315x3 335x3 370x1 390x1 315x5, had more, bar speed needs to get better, i can tell. Almost back.

shoulder presses off the pin at chin level. 225x3 245x2 275x1 225x5

JM presses 135x8 145x6 155x5 These wipe me up

lat pulldows close grip 200 2x10

came home and did ghr's 3x5 about 3/4 way down. They are getting a little better, my hams and glutes are so weak it is funny.

green band tricep pushdowns over door. 3x10

Overall strength is coming back nicely. Just started taking that new creatine from ulter, and a lot of rala. I am getting leaner and not losing weight, at around 265. Still would like to get down to to 255, don't like carying this much fat.

i was wondering about that new creatine as well..did you respong to regualr mono crea? keep us updated on how its going for you as well as the training

I dont know about regular creatine, i just kind of used it sometimes. I have only been on this for a few days, but when i first took creatine almost 10 years ago i got a nice jump in strenght, the old posphagen was expensive but it worked.

i bought some r-ala and never take it- now that i read this, maybe i'll start (its in my purse anyway)

Here is a very good discussion on the subject. Some bickering and some conflicting views, which usually makes for a very informative thread. I have only been on for a week and a half, and my diet is clean, but it seems to be helping, at this point i know my body, and i seem fuller and it seems like i am losing weight, but the scale is not saying so.
 
i was taking ala but it gave me heart burn everytme i took it. and hick ups. =0)

Yeah, me too. That is where it came from. were you taking the r ala.

if you can get good rala you shouldn't get heartburn and the stinky piss. i get it from the anabolic fitness store, they are very competitive price wise, they brought the stuff to this country, and seem to answer any question regarding it i can think off. It is also supposedly a great liver detoxifier and one of the best of anti oxidants.
