Tone up the Belly and save the Muscle

Hello, Everyone I am here today to ask the Trainer a few questions,
Frist I am trying to save my muscle mass and get the belly toned up!
5'9, 166 or so.

Here they are:

1 - What type of gym routine, should I follow? (Bike/ lifting, time limit). ?

2 - How many days a week?

3 - How should I eat?

Anyways that all for now!
 
i can't give you advice on the exercise cuz im thin and have trouble gaining weight so im not sure how you'd go about that exept you gotta do some cardio

but definitly eat high protein, meat, chicken, eggs stay away from crap
