Too much???

im not dieting or anything i dont realy care if i have a ripped six pack im just training for football and im 6'1 242 ILB and i try to take in about 400g of protien a day, but on avg im about 375-425 protien 4000-5000 cal and 90g-100g fat and about 300-450g carbs is this a good diet for a intense training regiment??? if not what should i do

morning
2 cups fat free milk
1 scoop ON
high protien cereal 20g for 2 cups

Mid day snack
6-8oz chicken breast

School Lunch
varies

Post workout
Isopure 2 scoops
16oz of gatorade-powerade
5g creatine monohydrate

1hour later
can of chicken or tuna

3 hours later
dinner varies

b4 sleep
2 scoops ON
2 cups fat free milk

any help would be greatly accepted

It sounds like a bulking diet to me, if you are training hard and for your size you should be able to pack on some mass with that diet. Heavy squats and deadlifts should be the foundation of your training regimen.
 
well im not trying to gain any more weight im just trying to get stronger and faster and more explosive so is that a good diet to do or what do i need to change
 
Doesn't look like a bad general type of diet for an athlete to me, as long as you're getting the results you're looking for. If you gain too much fat though, it could affect your speed. I would just monitor your bodyfat and weight regularly making small adjustments accordingly, if you need to.
