Top end BP Militia style

excellent article.
i think the only reason why my bench is ok is because i have an ok lockout- the bottom portion of my bench sucks without a shirt.

How could you read that from the post? You must have some seriously good vision or eat a lot of carrots!

Is that exercise most beneficial performed at a decline or does that just happen to be what the picture is?

No do it on a flat bench with an arch.

Declines help if you already have a a great arch.

Have you tried doing wide grip bench presses and extra back work? It will help the bottom portion of the bench press.

i do a good amount of back work- not too much wide grip because i dislocated my shoulder last year and wide grip aggravates it.
i recognize that avi i think though- did you hurt your shoulder sometime ago?

Yeah, I hurt 3 days after the Y meet in Nov 03. It's getting better. Except, lol, I was doing shirt work last week and lost my groove. Sort of tweaked my shoulder a bit. I took a week off to rehab it.

Do they have chains at your gym?

ah, so you are who i thought you were.
No chains- its a fitness type of place with a new powerlifting section that i'm the closest thing they have to a powerlifter (very sad).
