SaVaGe said:Have you tried doing wide grip bench presses and extra back work? It will help the bottom portion of the bench press.
SaVaGe said:Yeah, I hurt 3 days after the Y meet in Nov 03. It's getting better. Except, lol, I was doing shirt work last week and lost my groove. Sort of tweaked my shoulder a bit. I took a week off to rehab it.
