cut it up into bite size chunks. Pour in some Extra virgin Olive oil, Get your skillet hot, drop them in there, sprinkle whatever seasoning you want on it (I use ms dash no calorie no salt steak seasoning) let them brown for a couple minutes then flip them over for another couple minutes. Pour in some brown rice, add 1/2 cup water, stir all around cover it up let it steam for a minute or 2. Chop up some celery, or a pepper, throw it in, I sprinkle some hot sauce in there mix it all up, then crack 2 whole eggs (you can use 1/2 cup egg whites) mix it al up real good then cover it and let it steam for another minute then serve. The eggs add a good consistancy to it and there yah go you got your own little stir fry, real tasty!
