Top Round Steak.

Yep I posted this before.
I take 2lbs of top round and get my butcher to ground after all fat is trimmed.
I mix with 1/2 cup of 1min oatmeal and 1 egg white.
I mix togeather using my hand untill it completely mixed and place on the BBQ.
I try to stay lean so I use no bun and add ketchup & mustard but when I cheat I get McDonald hamburgers throw out the meat and use the buns....sweeet:)
 
cut it up into bite size chunks. Pour in some Extra virgin Olive oil, Get your skillet hot, drop them in there, sprinkle whatever seasoning you want on it (I use ms dash no calorie no salt steak seasoning) let them brown for a couple minutes then flip them over for another couple minutes. Pour in some brown rice, add 1/2 cup water, stir all around cover it up let it steam for a minute or 2. Chop up some celery, or a pepper, throw it in, I sprinkle some hot sauce in there mix it all up, then crack 2 whole eggs (you can use 1/2 cup egg whites) mix it al up real good then cover it and let it steam for another minute then serve. The eggs add a good consistancy to it and there yah go you got your own little stir fry, real tasty!
 
BIG problem Jack, that sounds so fucking good I would comsume 100G of protein easily and my ass would stink for days. Love the eggs & rice idea:)
 
Yeh the eggs bring it all together and give it a really nice consistancy. I get 1lb of steak and will throw it all in there and add enough rice and stuff for 2 servings, then divide it all in half and there is my meal #4 and #5! probably in the balpark of 65-70g protein per meal. So tasty!
 
Yeh 1 in squares bro will be perfect! I am warmin up the skillit as we speak about to make some for my last meal tonight then have the leftovers before I hit chest tomorrow!
 
It is a more tender cut of beef than most round steaks.It's still a tougher meat than other steaks.I use tenderizer sprinkle it on, pierce with a fork, put a little margarine on it,cook on low heat.You can bought unseasoned tenderizer if you do not like the flavored.
