Thank you for just signing up and posting a helpful post. in fact if you knew the rights had been sold and we have the rest of it which is 4 bottles maybe. the company that bought it does not have the funds to make another run for a long time and they are cutting the size in half from what it is now. So really they are not making what it is now again or the new version for MANY months.

U can apply it anytime preferably after a shower. The reason y u would apply it before ur workout is because sweat helps open up skins pours. U will notice a big difference between wearing it when u r sweating and when u r not.
