Total test was 172. I feel "ok", equipment works but I have some of the other symptoms of low test (lowish libido, slow to get moving, tired a lot, etc) and have had these symptoms for years. However, i function fine day-day (little lethargic all the time gets to me thou).

Bloods were done 9am fasted.

Test 172 pg/ml
LH 2.5 pg/ml
FSH 2.0 pg/ml
Estro 29.5 pg/ml

Bloods done at a lab, I asked my Dr to a blood test 3 years ok because of lowish sex drive/tired and he said it was not needed, looks like I need a new Dr. My dad is 59 and has a total test of 250 something so this might be hereditary but advanced by my use to OTC oral steroids in the past?

Main question is: any input or thoughts/opinions on these results? Any of the other numbers look "off"? Should I consult with someone about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now?

Thanks again,

????.... Not really sure what he actual question is that you are asking or what you are trying to establish? I counted the word "cycle" six different times and didn't see the word "therapy" or "treatment" of your extremely low testosterone once? You threw some numbers out there, however, they are meaningless because you've already stated that you are beginning your next "cycle" on Monday. And I don't ever advise or agree with someone "coming off" for a said period of time, simply to manipulate labs and qualify for therapy or treatment.

You would better serve yourself getting on a true HRT/TRT protocol NOW, because according to your levels, you need it and would qualify for treatment instead of going this other route. But that is totally your call, chief.

Otherwise, the current numbers that you supplied are basically useless, other than to establish that you are a candidate for therapy now.

Thanks for the reply. Ya maybe I don't have a good question, just looking for opinions on what I should do next so I signed up here as normally I tend to lurk BB websites but never register. I guess the results are a bit of a shock to me (horrified) and I really wish I'd done more blood tests in the past (never gotten total test tested before).

Sorry for the confusing post/thread and lack of a clear question, guess I'm confused about this. Finding out I produce less test then an 80yr old made me feel sorta like crap, then reading up about my options didn't help.

Edit: ok after reading your post again (sorry) you are advising I seek testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now.

Edit2: seems like this is probably the wrong forum to ask questions not directly related to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so I edited my posts. Sorry guys.
