Touch of Gyno: Advice Please

Hey guys,
Finished a cycle back in mid September. Did full Clomid/Nolva PCT, but a few weeks ago I noticed a gyno lump and sensitivity under my right nipple. Nothing major and no leakage or anything. Not sure how this happened since I had a successful PCT, but can you guys tell me what I need to do to fix it? Thanks in advance!

three weeks ago, how is it now? your E2 level needs to be checked, did you do blood test before/during/after your last cycle?

I did not do bloods on this cycle. It is about the same. No change.

If you're gonna do bloods then get on it! If not then you need to get on a good AI/letro protocol. I'd start with that nolva again if you have any left. Possibility of bunk pct? I wouldn't drag my feet on this. Bloods is your best bet. If it's not an option I'd do a solid pct including hcg all from a board sponsor here just to be sure.

I ran the same PCT from the same place (EP) as my last few cycles.
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20

if you have high elevated blood circulating estrogen levels, clomid will be in-effective at doing anything for that. I'm guessing you had high estrogen levels going into pct (which is never a good thing) and why you developed the gyno after the cycle. Letro is the best thing at killing any estrogen floating around in the blood stream . ralox is the best for dealing with estrogen at the receptor site itself.

Use enough AI to bring e2 to optimal+raloxifene @ 60 mg ED. Best results will be seen around the 90 day mark. It takes a while but it works.


Studies show aromasin is the best AI to combine with SERMS.

It's individual and depends on your genetics and testosterone dose.

some only need 25 mg 1-2 x per week. Others need a lot more.

Don't worry about using aromasin with it, the ralox will do it's thing regardless. It's an incredible compound.

You won't see anything at first, but the lump will start to get softer and shrink. Just buy enough for 3 months, take it and forget about it.

Make sure you get yourself pharma grade. Some people say it didnt work, they didnt get the real deal and/or didnt run it long enough.

I have never dealt with even a touch of gyno over the years...am I good to go with just Ralox for a couple months? I still have a bottle of Adex leftover as well. No need for PCT again? I show no signs of low test like ED, low libido, lethargy, etc.
