Ok i'm 19 years old and for the past couple years it's been down hill physically. When I was 14 i started training, everyday, all day, no carbs bullshit. I lost alot of wieght, gained alot of muscle, and looked alot better. Now i am fatter than ever. My motivation is starting to come back little by little every time I look in the mirror. I have no equipment no money and no job (focusing on school). What would be the quickest way to lose weight. Safety is no issue.
 
Look around ur house theres probaly stuff u can use !! U can place ur feet on couch to do incline push ups ! Get a pull up bar ! Cardio run down ur road ! Jump rope ! Situps with feet placed under ur coffee table !
 
I'm sorry did you say safety is not an issue?

The first thing you need to do is recognize that doing anything unsafely is just stupid regardless of the benefits. Put your health & safety first always.

As for you weight loss, stop eating shit, get your diet in check (ie calorie deficit), run in the am on an empty stomach for 40 mins and afternoons as well. Pushups and a couple simple barbels will do for now. Find a garage sale to pick up some old weights for cheap & get focused. It's all about hard work & dedication brother
