Well just started a 20 week blast to put some serious size on.

Blast will consist of

Wk 1-4 Anadrol 50mg ED pre workout
Wk 1-4 Superdrol 20mg ED pre workout

Wk 1-20 1,000mg Test E EW
Wk 1-20 600mg Deca EW

Im 28
5' 10"
220lbs
10-12% bf

Doing my own "diet"
Starting Marcos for the first week are
450C 300P 120F

If I'm not mistaken thats 4k calories.

I'm starting off with these Marcos because I took the last 3 months off of EVERYTHING. Eating 2 meals a day, not training..

Ill re visit my macros next week.

After my 20 week blast ill drop everything but the test and go down to 250mg EW and cruise for a while.

20 weeks is a long long run of Deca. make sure to get your blood work done and donate blood cause your Hematocrit and RBC will probably be really high running it for that long.

Deca used to be my go to cycle , but so many times having to cut cycles short cause my RBC goes through the roof. Now if i run deca i run NPP (fast acting deca) at the start along with it to get things going quicker so that i don't have to run it near as long (and still get the benefits)


also I'm guessing you'll be running an AI and a dopamine agonist with test and deca doses that high , ?

I've never used NPP, how do you like it compared to deca? do you seem to have similar results with NPP than you did deca?
 
You got some good mass on you for height and weight. You also look like Sylvester Stallone im sure youll add another 10-20lbs
 
First pin of the blast was this morning. Took my Superdrol and Anadrol.

It was cute because I got my gear out and drew it into the syringe, and my son was all into it watching me. (He's 2)

Anyways, everything went smoothly.

I'll be training in a couple of hours when my wife gets back from the store.

I'm training Quads, Calves and traps today.

well Nandrolone is Nandrolone . so really there is no difference , its like test prop vs test e . NPP is just much faster acting and stable and you go more mg for mg dose then you do with deca. the thing i don't like about running a deca only cycle is that weeks and weeks go by and your wondering if the shits legit , then bam at week 8 your like 'yeah its good' . with NPP the nandrolne gets flowing within a couple weeks.
 
Yeah thats what I wanted to know. Wording was off. I'll have to try NPP next blast. I've never ran deca 20 weeks, 16 was the longest. So I'd my RBC gets to high ill drop it. Not trying to be to reckless here lol
 
My thinking for blasting is this, since I'll be constantly blasting and cruising, I don't need to go all out on a blast like the guys who do a cycle and take the next few months off. I can just add it into the next blast.
 
yeah the thing about blasting and cruising is that you don't have to have super planned out cycles that go thus and thus long with pct starting here or there.. you can just be going along and then one day decide you want to throw in 3 weeks of blasting Dbol . or blast NPP for awhile . it does not have to be planned out to a T.

Blasting and cruising is NOT for amateurs. And I do NOT recommend it for first timers.

Again, I am almost 30 years old, have 3 kids and know the risks involved. I've done my homework.

So please if your a first timer or your under 25 years old, please do not even consider blasting and cruising. Un less you are prepared to be sticking yourself with a needle for the rest of your life. (Which I am)
 
Did back and triceps today, definitely felt the anadrol superdrol combo... pump was so tight it felt like my lats were going to explode.

I have been waking up fasted between 222 and 224lbs for the passed 3 days.

I know its probably hell on my liver but ive got to say, the Superdrol/Anadrol combo is wicked. pumps are crazy and strength is going up fast.

the split I have been doing is this...

1 Chest / Biceps
2 Quads / Calves
3 Back / Triceps
4 Shoulders / Traps
5 Hamstrings / Calves
6 Rest Day

I do 5 sets of everything with with 2 warmup sets on big lifts (leg press, deadlifts, bench, Shoulder press, ect)

rep ranges are

set 1 - 25 reps
set 2 - 20 reps
set 3 - 15 reps
set 4 - 10-12 reps
set 5 - 8 reps

my body has always responded best to this type of split and rep ranges.

I usually do one Burnout set per muscle group at the end of my workout.

I had to split legs into 2 different days because i dont want to be in the gym for 4 hours on leg day lol.

Anyways im going to stick with my same macros of 450C 300P 120F for another week because ive gained 2-4 lbs this week and i feel good. i will probably bump up my macros at the end of the week because i can already feel myself starting to get used to the amount of food im eating.

What is your favorite meal to eat while bulking???
 
Weight 227.2lbs

Went to the dentist yesterday and had my BP checked, I was 132/60.

Im really starting to feel the effects of the Anadrol, Superdrol and Test E. I feel Fantastic. my strength is skyrocketing, my endurance and Libido are through the roof. I weighed 227 today.

im upping my Superdrol from 20mg to 30mg.

nothing else to report on.
 
been weighing between 226 and 230 for the passed week now.

new macros are going to be 500c 300p and 120f hopefully in the next two or three weeks ill be hovering between 230 and 235. my goal is to be 250ish by next December. if I can be more than 250 than fine, but I don't want to have more than 15% BF at that weight. right now im around 13%bf.

I forgot how tiresome it can be to be on a serious bulk. some days I just don't have an appetite. I think that's partly due to the fact that I work midnight shift. I wake up at 4 or 5pm, hangout with my wife and kids until 10pm, head to work, get off at 8am, get to the gym at 9am, home and asleep at 1130. rinse and repeat. I am kind of lucky though in the fact I usually sleep for 3 or 4 hours while at work. thug life lol.
