train 5days w/gear and still get good gains?

I'm kinda at a plateau here guys. Have still been gaining w/legs(slowly) but everything else is pretty much at a stand still ever since my cutting cycle. I used to train 4-5days per wk w/o gear, but am beginning to think i might be over doing it, so have cut back to 3 sometimes 4 days per wk. Now, if i were to try something like superdrol could i go back to 5 days a wk and still make good gains, or would u guys suggest staying at 3??

what does your routine look like? sometimes if you change up your routine you can work past your standstill ... it is good to change up your routine cuz your body becomes accustom to it and change is good to avoid hittin the wall and monotanous workouts

I don't have a lot of experience with gear, but I would think that everyone would be different.

If while on gear you are recovering heaps quicker ( less recovery time), then it makes sense to me to hit the gym more often

What does youre workoytdays look like? what muscles @ what days?

mon - chest
tues - back
wed - delts (most guys here say a whole day is not needed for delts but I have tried less assistance work and they suffered. A handful of good sets on their own day has worked for me)
thur - arms (I skip this one a lot and add a couple sets onto chest and back day)
fri - legs

My workouts used to be very similar to stringbean00's
back
chest
legs
shoulders/tris
bis & forearms
but now being summer and having to work more hrs have pretty much changed to
back/bi's (bi's are usually shot by the time i get to them)
chest/shoulders/tris
legs
can check out my training log under joshbeam1's training log in the training forum(for some reason i can't post in my online journal)
Have tried switching up my programs some(tried doing some 5x5 stuff, do a few diff lifts, etc.) am beginning to think i was overtraining w/the 5 day a wk stuff. Don't have much of that in my online journal though(if any) just started posting it about a mo ago or so.

oh, forgot to mention if i do run this superdrol, it will be my 2nd cycle. My 1st cycle was m1t w/nolva and 60x0 as post cycle therapy (pct). If i do this it'll be just nolva as post cycle therapy (pct). I have been lifting for about 5 yrs
stats- 6ft 3" 227lbs now(went from 244 - 227 trying to tone up) about 11-12% bf
Hope 2 gain 10lbs of muscle or more(if this is anything like m1t) :)
Was looking at prices its $54 for 90caps at 10mg ea.
The m1t i had was $10 for 60caps at 5mg ea. So considering its AFTER the ban, its not TOO bad a price(still kinda high though).

Why buy the bad stuff when It´s as illegal as the real deal? All or nothing bro.

String_bean: it wasnt youre routine i wanted to see ;) Although it looks good, maybe as you said the delt day could do with something more, i do delts/calves and it is working good, also do calves with legs and they are responding ok.

Well, for one, I live in a pretty small town(remote area) and i don't know where i can get the real deal. It was available when I went to college, but i never even thought of trying it then cuz i was so uneducated about it. Thought superdrol was legal for the time??? I also get alot of ua's and occassional blood work (they rarely test for aas) but my 1st &only cycle of m1t people kept commenting on how big i was getting, (luckily i got like 6 weeks notice, which never happens) and then they popped me. Guess i'm a good enough worker they wanted to keep me around. But yeah, the main reason is lack of availibility.

Have you upped your cals, I don't think changing the amount of days you are working out is going to blast you through a plateua but you never know. What about 20 rep sets, supersets, giant sets, 20 minute "wanna throw up when your done" workouts. What have you tried?

If you are overtraining natural, chances are you will on too. I can't speak for anyone else obviously, but I have experimented a lot with workout volume before I tried gear, and then afterwards, and the amount of working out that produced the best gains was still the same. On gear a lot more of course, but the same workout volumes maximized it also.

I was doing alot of super sets about 9 months ago(when i was 15lbs lighter) Had great endurance, but not near the strength i have now. I guess it wouldn't hurt to switch up w/higher reps. Thought u were suppose to keep your reps low though when u're building?? Yes, my cals aren't quite as much as they were(cuz i am trying to tone), but i'm thinking about bulking again already, so if i do suppose that'd help me break thru my plateaus also. I was just trying to c if i could tone up and build a little muscle at the same time(for the summer) but the building muscle part isn't going so great, so might just say F it and bulk.
