training and cutting

usually i've heard its higher reps for more definition, ad lower ammount of reps for more big bulk building
can't really help ya tho sorry

I usually do about 3 sets and 10 reps taking 30 second breaks inbetween sets unless its squats, deadlifts, or bench its 1 min break

I don't change the training whatsoever.

Just change diet and add cardio.

I would say if your natural, just train as hard as you always do. You might end up getting weaker, but thats life. Diet will give definition.

I assume being on gear would work like this to.

you only get weaker if you overtrain right? avoid this

when you start dieting and up cardio normally some strength loss will occur. one way to avoid this is to increase tren to 150mg+/d. tren in this range will cause weight loss but strength will go up. I lost 17 pounds in three weeks preping for a meet doing 300mg tren /d. my strength went up but the weight loss is normally opposite of what i try to do for meets. a lot of PLers who need to make weight and maintain strength use tren just for this purpose the last 4 to 5 weeks before a meet. also dropping long ester tests and swithching over to/upping dros or V will help. good luck.

Same here. Calories in vs. calories out. And if you try to lose the weight slowly, you won't have much strength loss.

Exactly.

I've probably actually lost a whole percentage of bodyfat in the last two months, and my gains are still increasing.

This is just from cutting out carbs after 6 pm and adding cardio 1-3x a week.
