training and diet changes on a cycle questions

Hi im currently two weeks into a cycle of four dbol a day with test ethenate and this isnt really about my cycle but how my training and diet should change. what i want to know is this

1. should i be working out longer? what about working the same part twice a day six hours after?

2. i just dropped to three sets an exercise from four. should i do more?

3. i currently eat three eggs, one can tuna wrap, one chicken breast wrap and three protein shakes for around 220 grams of protein while im 150 pounds. should i be eating more like adding one more meal?

4. should progression be lighter for joints? i currently do one pounds and half a week. should i experiment with going ten pouds while on cycle?

i know thats alot of questions but i ddint want to make a seperate thread for each of these things are that are on my mind. thanks to anyone who answers.
 
Hey man, I'm not a health or training professional but I'll give you my opinion on a few of your questions.

But it sounds like a lot of your questions would be solved if you had spent some time in the gym and learned how your body reacts to different regimen's. What's your lifting history?

How long are you working out? You shouldn't focus on how long you spend in the gym, just get your work done. Just an interesting note: I once knew a crazy farmer who was a fkn beast, and he told me he lifted twice a day (morning and evening). I didn't discuss his routine with him, he was very old-school, but he had the biggest chest I'd ever seen. Absolutely massive guy. However, that routine won't work for me. I can't grow by doing that so I stick to once a day (lifting heavy) and resting.

2. i just dropped to three sets an exercise from four. should i do more?

How long have you been lifting? If you've got a few years of experience of regular lifting you should know the answer to this. After you put the time in/change things up you'll know what works best for you. For me, doing 3 sets with low reps isn't quite enough. I stick to 4 reps per lift (depending on the lift).

Hit up the diet forum and read through the stickies, plenty of info there. But yes, you might want to eat more.
 
thanks for answering but im looking for more on how people here changed their program when they went on cycle. i mean can muscles like abs and calves be worked everyday? is training same part twice a day good idea?
 
This isnt a question about my cycle or how long I been working out its to see how people changed their routines when they went on a cycle.
 
this all depends on what kind of cycle you are on...and your goals for that cycle...generally you add volume of training while cycling, and add calories to aid in building muscle. you taking dbol and test I would recommend upping your volume and caloric intake.

It sounds like you havent thought this through enough to be messing around with anabolics honestly. Before you do another cycle I would recommend doing some research on the chemicals, and on your body so you know what it can handle. Just my .02
