Training Bi's. Torn between too much or too little.

I need some input from you guys on a little situation I'm facing. So my favorite body part to train is Bi's. That being said For years I was doing them pretty hard. It wasn't very uncommon for me to do 5 different exercise for bi's then finish them off with a drop set. Then I started reading more and more about how easy it is to over train bi's and kind of got scared.

Flash forward to present day. I'm about a year in to a more modest Bicep routine. I'm still making strength gains so I can't complain there. I'm just having one problem. I'm NEVER sore from doing Bi's any more. for example:

yesterday Night was Bi's and back. Here was my routine.

Warm up with 35LB dumbells for 12 reps.
5x5 preacher curls at 90lb.
2x8 hammer curls at 45lb
2x8 one armed preacher curl machine with 70lb

*please not I'm cutting right now. 2500 cals/day and I'm 5'11'', 240lbs, 18%BF so strength is a little lower than normal.

Now that is not a KILLER Bicep workout but for someone cutting on 2500 cals, you would think I would be at least a LITTLE sore this morning but no. I can't tell I did bi's at all last night.

You guys think I'm not doing enough volume, enough weight? what is it? Yet every time I read a thread about Biceps there is at least a few people saying "be carefully they are real easy to over train!"

Thoughts, comments, concerns?

If you read these boards regularly you will see dozens of people asking that very same question or complain about not getting sore with their Bi workout (Me included). I have been going HARD for the last year and i can honestly say my chest, legs and tri's almost always get sore. My bi's and back almost never. I suspect its because they are getting worked with alot of your other exercises . I think this because when i dedicated a day to abs my abs would be sore as shit the next few days. Since ive started doing abs every other day my abs get mildly sore but nothing like doing them once a week.
