Training/cardio during pct

As of right now I am killin weights 5 days a week in the gym with my trainer and I do 3 cardio days at 20 min sessions pwo. brisk to fast walking. sometimes up hill truckin it!!

should i decrease my weightlifting duration or total days a week?

and should I keep cardio the same or do some more or less??

If your in post cycle therapy (pct) right now, i suggest very light cardio only if you need it. Training should stay just as intense, but just lower your volume a bit.

Remember, your catabolic right now til your natty test kicks in. Biggest thing you wanna do here is keep your calories up!!
