As of right now I am killin weights 5 days a week in the gym with my trainer and I do 3 cardio days at 20 min sessions pwo. brisk to fast walking. sometimes up hill truckin it!!
should i decrease my weightlifting duration or total days a week?
and should I keep cardio the same or do some more or less??
