Have any of you guys got any good training tips for bulkings. Already doing the low rep set workouts, but need to spice it up

you can bulk using 10 reps as well
its more about a good routine and diet
you can do all the low rep work you want but if you dont have excess cals you wont build much if any muscle

as Blackbeard said, a specifik type of training wont "bulk" you up. But imo you should always keeå the reps low, if not injured.

Diet makes all the diff. in the world. When i'm bulking i notice a big diff. just from adding 1 gallon of milk every day. Also eat lots of protien(eggs, chicken, lean beef, fish, cottage cheese, etc.), carbs, and leafy green veggis. DOn't forget essential fats(nuts, omega 3's, etc.)
Don't overtrain. Rest. U'll grow.
Also, remeber as u grow u have to keep increasing calories to keep gaining.

Add some salt and pepper.

Try eating more, and lifting heavier with more effort, while making sure to get enough sleep. Also make sure your getting everything your body needs.

whats salt and pepper gonna do?? Or u just meaning eating more??

Hey Massive, whats your diet like now?? Whats your stats?? If u're not growing u're prob. not eating enough. I started bulking again just about 3wks ago...i've been feeding my face almost none stop, trying to work extra hrs to pay for all the damn food i'm putting away, workout 3-4days a wk and i've already put on ALMOST 10lbs and a fair amt of strength. Diet bro and don't overtrain. More is not always better when it comes to training. I still struggle w/that concept. :insane2:
