Training Frequency and Protein Synthesis

Gains are good

They can be even better when you up your training frequency, obviously something that is easier to do and allocate a lot of volume and intensity if you're on the gear.

I haven't begun my first cycle yet but I currently lift twice a day and do two separate Sprinting, Mobility and Shit Workouts.

I believe I'll get some great results.
 
I'm thinking the same thing as "Nicky Eye Lids".

I'm not sure the Point of your Post, if you could Elaborate............................ JP

Also, did you use to post on some other Forums back in 2014, as I remember someone with the same name.
