Ok, so basically when I finish my cycle, I want to retain most of my mass (duh). I'm not sure how big I may get, but if it's too big, I wouldn't want to keep all of it.
I'm 5'7, 140 lbs (for now), with 8% body fat. 19 years old. I'm hitting a 4 week cycle, with about 3 mL a week. So I want to get bigger, but not too much bigger, but at the end of my cycle my goal is to keep the mass and strength, without getting much BIGGER. Or if I end up too big, lose a little bit of the size.
Basically I'm trying to stay lean without being too bulky, what I need to know is... What kind of intensity I should be applying to my workouts and how should I be eating after the cycle? Should I be putting up as much as I can and hitting the weights hard? Should I be eating all I can fill myself with?
Though I am worried that I probably will shrink after I get off the juice, so should I aim to be somewhat undesireablely big during the cycle and when I'm off of it, would I be shrinking to a more self-desireable size?
During the cycle I'll be doing cardio 3 times a week and lifting 3 times a week. This is my first cycle, so bear with me. If anyone could help me out here I'd gladly appreciate it.
