training question

i have a quick question. i train mon - friday for about 1.5 hours each day. one day i might do back and bi's, then the next shoulders and tris; etc. is 5 days a week to much. i take sat and sun off every week. it this schedule ok or not. thanks

its not even really necesary.

if youre natural, find one of the many splits posted in the training section (generally 3 days a week with weights, and a days of cardio as well)

if your "assisted", or what youre doing is working, do whatever you want.
 
most beginners can do well with a routine like that but as you get bigger,stronger, more experienced you'll find that 5 days is counter-productive.
