Training routine while losing bodyfat

What are most of you guys traing routine when cutting or trying to lose some bodyfat. I am preparing for a future cycle and on a low carb diet with fasted cardio 5 days a week in the mornings and lift in the evenings and my lifts suck...no energy. Any suggestions or comments is greatly appreciated.

Another good template is a 3on1off routine such as Push/Pull/Legs repeated twice weekly.
