I saw this training split in flex, and while i dont usuially EVER listen to their advice since its all sugar coated bs, this split caught my eye and thoughts. Here what im thinkin...

Split: mon - chest, shoulders, tri's
tues - legs
wed - back, traps, biceps
thurs - chest, shoulders, tr's
Fri - legs
Sat - back, traps, biceps
Sun - rest

If i use this in my 8th week when i start fina with the 500mg enan. do you think my body will be able to recover or will i be overtraining?

your doing way too much. If your actually going all out balls to the wall each day each bodypart..then you will have no energy to do all of that. I would suggest something like this. and every 2 weeks switch it up like doing bi/triin same day and going all out and burning the hell outta your arms.

1. Chest (upper/lower)
2. bi/abs (light cardio)
3. legs/ abs no weight (crunches, etc) alternate one week cardio and one week just ab excerciseson this day.
4. back
5. tri/abs
6. shoulder/traps
7. rest

And throw in some cardio here and there on that extra ab day.

I don't like that fact that your anterior delts are taking such a beating. Plus I think your shoulder routine would suffer after your chest routine due to the fact that your anterior delts will be fried. I tried doing this route and could not apply the weights necessary when shoulders rolled around. Then again, I am not in a magazine so this is just my opinion. I do agree with RH that it is borderline overtraining unless you are injecting with a turkey baster. Good Luck Bro!...Let us know how the competition training is holding up.

Just doesn't seem like enough rest to me, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or not. I don't know how you can rearrange it to accomplish that, but I've tried that kind of approach before and... overtraining sucks, and feels bad!

Bro....Thats too much....chest, shoulders, tri's in one day and the next legs...You will overtrain. I keep it simple.
The most I'll do in one day in 2 bodyparts.

Chest/biceps<---hard workout..after something like this you want to rest or do something easy the next day.....I also don't belive in training chest w/ shoulders. They should be train on different days..my .02

I know you posted here..but taske a closer look at what everyone else does....

Well if it matters, i was planning on doing an AM for the biggest bodypart, then a PM for the other 2.

If not, i need a split to focus on arms since mine r small compared to my torso. Could someone write up a split that will hit arms twice a week, and still allow recovery? Im stumped on this one

ive thought about doing something similar before. its a simple push/pull/leg workout, just taken to extremes. if you do a push workout, then day off, then pull workout, then day off, then leg workout, then day off, then repeat i think youd be fine.
push workout ( chest, shouldrs, tris)
pull (back bis)
legs (self explanatory)
i think this aproach is good for those pressed for time. just keep to heavy compund movements instead of isolation movements
