the gym is so addicting. lately i find myself in there for long periods of time. i usually try to limit myself to an hour so i don't over train, but if i'm not careful i have to pull myself away from the machines when i look at the clock and find out i've been there a little over two hours. would you guys recommend i go two times a day for half the time? my recovery's been really good lately and i don't feel overtrained, but i don't know. i need some advice.
