Training while cutting, how to do it? Anybody have a workout?

Ok, so I have two questions.

First, how should my training routine be like when I start to cut? Should I still lift the same way as when I was bulking or should aim for more enduranced workouts?

Second,

When I cut, I always lose strength. How much strength should I expect to lose? I'm hoping only 10-15% by the most, does anybody have a good way to guage how much you should be losing?
 
Mine seems to work really well. As Pinga said- go as heavy as you can for as many reps as you can. You'll have to gage how many that is for you specifically. IF your not getting "the Pump" something needs to change and your not hitting the right areas or something might be off with your form.

I switch my routine quite freq. as well depending on my goals. I'm always incorporating new things each week (google, utube, watching others).
