im coming on everything step by step im planing to do 4 month cycle
So here brief introduction abt me:
26 yr old, 5.8feet, 20 percent bodyfat not doing gym since 8 months lost muscle and get fat cuz i had hairplantation surjery and busy in settle my life..
I am going to post my medical report before and after cycle and after pct as well

MY medical Report is here
blood glucose - 103 (excellent)
RBC - 5.22 ( male 4.5 -5.5)
vitaman D - 28.56 ( its low alreadt took 600k iu injection :40oz: )
vitamin B12 - 310 ( low but still ok may be tht why i forget thing where i put :(: )
testostrone - 263.5 (its low as well lol well leave it for later and pct )
GGT,SGOT,SGPT - all up (finally something is up but all are bad need liver protection and keep eye on it through out cycle )

HDL - 51 (ok)
LDL - 118(ok but i have to keep eye on this as well)
T3 - 88 ( less but still in refence range )
T4 - 8.3(fine )

so my cycle
test prop 100 eod
anavar 50 ed
t3 and clen 5 week (clean 1 week on and off )
and tren ace 100 eod as well
after 10 week may be i will change steroid in my cycle cant tell yet.....may be add masteron blodelone and drop tren ace add peptide like cjc or grhp 2 or 6 ..lets 1st focus on 10 weeks 1st

here supplement and diet
1) lcartinine 2 caps and yohombie
2) 8 walnuts 1 apple protein with oatmeal + 2 fish oil and 1 CLA
3) before gym l cartnine 2 caps yohombie fat burner
4) after gym protein bcca glut-amine arginine animal flex and animal pak
4) boiled chicken broccoli and carrot 2 fish oil and CLA
5) 8 boiled eggs 4 oranges
6) repeat 4 meal
7) repeat 5 meal
8) if possible protein shake with water only
9) water around 7-10 ltr got my 10 bottles :elephant:

Training
Monday - chest, shoulder, sides
Tuesday - back, abs
Wednesday - legs calves sides
Thursday - biceps and triceps forearm abs
Friday - chest shoulder sides
Saturday - biceps and triceps and abs (heavy weight)
Sunday - rest days

Cardio everyday expect Sunday(Sunday= lake day)
20min cycling
then traning
15min cross trainer
20min treadmill

im going to update pics as well tonight ...i like if you guys advice me to add or remove anything i mention above and 1 more thing.. im looking to add fiber supplement in my plan is it fine ?:smash::sadwavey::sadwavey::elephant:
 
well i went gym today... i just do cycling for 20min and light weight chest exercise.... feeling tired ..dont want to push myself on every 1st day :p
i got my test here
Weight = 79.7 kg
muscle mass = 36.2 kg
body fat mass = 16.7 kg
bodyfat percentage is 21%


i got result of my last cycle which i done in September
before start after finish 3 month cycle result
bodyfat percentage 26% 12.2%
body fat mass 22.4 9.3 kg
mean in 3 month cycle i lost 14 percent bodyfat and 13.1 kg fat mass

let what i get on this cycle :)
