What is the best way to space out the process of changing from cutting to bulking? My macro ratio right now is at 40p/40f/20c at 2300cal and for bulk I'd like 40p/15f/45c at 4100cal. I have been thinking of adding 250cal a week. So basically while adding every week I would have to adjust my fats and carbs slowly to switch percentages over the 7 weeks that it would take to get from 2300-4100. Is this a good layout?
