Treatment for Puffy Nipples? Not Gyno?

I have some slightly puffy nipples after PH cycle. They are not overly sensitive and there is no lump behind the nipple, however there is some slight lactation.

My las blood work showed estrogen high (193 ref. range <145), prolactin in the upper third of 'normal' range.

Will aromasin and prami fix this?

How long should they be run?

Just knock your E2 down. Use arimidex at 0.5mg a day for a week. You'll need to run panels again to find out if it's in range, if not, run that again.

Don't wear tight shirts.
