tren and cardio training.. any advice for pushing cardio while on trenbolone?

That's it prostaglandin was the word... Cheers for sharing how so it affects cardio!

Anyway, I was at the chemist today and tested my BP on the machine there, no surprise it was at 182/90, this was in the late arvo on 5 hours sleep and 4 coffees deep along with fast food all day because of a few dramas last night not allowing me meal prep, and on 150mg Test/400mg Tren E (3 weeks into the Tren). Thankgod my Cialis arrived, but the reading was taken 10 minutes after dosing so it would have been of no benefit at the time. My plan is to take Cialis 10mg ED and adjust accordingly due keep my BP under control on the Tren.

I've had some nasty bouts of the "cough" while on tren e bro... just as severe, and as much of a surprise as with tren a ;)

Hmm so far so lucky, touch wood lol.

I'm going to run 750 test , with tren e at 600 mg for 10 weeks and a dbol kick start 50 mg first 30 days..

going to feel my way through this..

will use ephedra and albuterol, maybe even a low dosage of clen, monitor bp the entire time and report on what results i get

i am trying to shift from combat sports to heavy weight lifting, so maybe having shit cardio will bump me into the right direction lol

if my cardio takes a dive for 12-14 weeks while i diet hard and lift heavy i can live with that for the gains and body comp i expect to see out of this..

honestly, still going to box a couple times a week..

low out put, hard shots.. with taking a round out every 3-5 rounds, whatever Its got to be..

ill keep everyone posted

I had the same issues...excruciating lower back pain....and i wasnt really lucky enough to have it only affect that and legs...every body part i did that day my pump felt so hard i thought my skin was gonna rip. Made workouts tought for me...but playing with the test / tren dosages is what made it better for me. I had to increase test and decrease tren to get rid of the sleepless nights...cold sweats and painful workouts. Good luck to u

I have to make a suggestion based on personal experience; Ephedra + clen + tren got my BP very high, I'd go with either ephedra or clen.. in my opinion ephedra would be more suitable : diuretic effect, cheaper, good mental feeling compared to clen (personal experience) very good preworkout also

appreciate everyones input here, good info

thanks sam, i think i will take the advice here, dabble into a little of each at different times and record effects on my cardio endurance bp and heart rate..

try to find a sweet spot with minimal sides , yet that assist noticeably in aiding my endurance in training

i will approach this very carefully, it would be dangerous if done recklessly..

i believe the benefits of this cycle will outweigh the down side in cardio, so ill push ahead cautiously and see exactly what i can do (or can't do) to minimize sides..

I have mild asthma and have used an inhaler while on tren E ..haven't noticed an increase in blood pressure when taking the inhaler. But everyone is different so air on the side of caution or monitor blood pressure and see how you react.

Just to add to this post by sam - do NOT under any circumstances mix ephedra/clen/albuterol together - ita a recipe for disaster.
IMO, ephedrine is the right choice based on the length of your cycle but if you want to experiment then pick ONE (not 2 or 3) and give it a few days, then rotate if you wish. But be aware that you will be downregulating yourbeta receptors pretty rapidly by doing this, which means they'll stop working eventually (this applies strongly to clen).

is there a reason other than bp issue to not run the 3 together?

In terms of health, mixing beta agonists together, especially the aggressive selective ones like clen, does weird things to both bp & heart rate - not something you should be messing around with.
Both ephedrine & albuterol deplete potassium levels, which if not addressed through diet supplementation could lead to bad things as far as electrolyte balance is concerned - again something you dont want to mess with.

In terms of body recomposition, both albuterol & ephedrine target the same receptors (2 & 3) so all your doing is ibcreasing the rate of downregulation.
Clen & ephedrine has the same issue except, due to clens strength, it also eliminates the thermogenic benefits of ephedrine that otherwise would have been permanent with no need to cycle on/off.

Put simply, more is not better with most compounds & that certainly applies here.

I keep learning everyday, I never really bothered to look into ephedrine since to me its just some stimulants/appetite suppressant but the 'potassium level' point you bring is a very interesting one; electrolyte balance is really often overlooked. More is not better, this is very true especially when cutting... often I see people run big amount of tren/t3/clen to cut down bodyfat; in the end the only thing it does is speeding up your metabolism by a couple %.. you could have the same result by droping calorie a bit lower.. diet will always have the ending words
