Tren & Cardio

I'm officially calling bullshit on this copy and paste job. It is possible to run Ed injection of Tren A; I have done it several times. I usually go 50mg Ed for 8-10 weeks with test and other compounds depending on my goal.

Yes, having a hard time with cardio is a Tren side. I experiance this side, even at low dose (50mg Ed).

The popular belief is that trenbolone is a cutting/bulking substances, which provides lean gains; however, any real trenbolone user (particularly the popular trenbolone acetate version) will tell you that trenbolone injections every day are not reasonable. It***8217;s not possible to inject yourself daily with trenbolone unless you have an unlimited pain threshold (no one we know does); thus, it***8217;s more reasonable to add trenbolone to an already existing steroid cycle such as Testosterone and Dianabol. On top of the daily injection problem, trenbolone is known for being terrible on cardio shape of the user. Imagine being 250lbs. and running out of breath on the 4th step of the staircase (or 2nd set of a workout), well that***8217;s what happens with trenbolone use. Cardio shape is diminished terribly with trenbolone.
 
Tren does make cardio a little harder, but u can still do it. Even when your lifting heavy your sucking more wind between sets. That was the worst side affect for me, but I will run it again, gains were good.
 
i wonder if you use anavar while on an actual performance enhancer like tbol or anavar, if it'll prolong the time it takes for you to get winded, any ideas?
 
Tren does reduce cardiovascular capabilities. Ive done a few tren cycles and it really does. Doesnt mean you CANT do cardio, but it will be a lot harder.
 
Unless by Cardio you mean treadmill, Tren will murder your Cardio

I am a big runner, lots of half marathons and 5k, 10k runs, and I have to plan coming off tren 2-3 weeks before a run, it kills your cardio. Trust me, I have done the experiment like 10x. It impacts your lung fluid balance somehow. No clue why or how that happens, but it definitely screws your cardio ability. 100% for sure unless you are running a weak dosages (I run 70 mg/day of tren acetate, or 500 mg/week enanthate)
