Tren E blast for a lean bulk?

Just wrapped up a recomp/cut blast with test 600 / tren a 350 / mast 600. Happy with the results but realize now that I'm lean, I need to put a bit more size on. Planning a bulk to add maybe 10lbs or so. Want to run Tren though to try keeping the gains lean as possible.

Test E 600 - weeks 1-10
Tren E 400 - weeks 1-10

I'm sort of limited because I can't keep pinning daily with my travel schedule for work. So Tren ace is out. Also, Deca screws with my libido too much or I'd look at that.

Anyone have other suggestions?

You got posts but I'm too lazy to research them , so:

Did you run AI and/or caber on last blast? Do you have it for this next go?
Did you get bloodwork done?

I'd run enanthates longer than 10 weeks. 12 or 14, 16 if BW and BP are good after 12

The 'lean - bulk' debate goes on and on. You've proven to yourself that you can cut, why not optimize next blast muscle gains with a clean bulk and then just cut again afterwards?

I've never used caber. Even when I ran Deca the prolactin never gave me issues. But I do have some. I run adex .5mg as needed. It's pretty easy for me to tell when I'm holding water and need it.

No blood work yet. I'll do it before blasting again obviously.

I suppose I could make the most of the next blast and not try to "lean bulk". I'm still a little paranoid about gaining fat because of how screwed up my natty bulks used to be. lol
 
I completely understand the mental game bulking plays on a guy who has finally hit an incredibly low BF, but you have to have the confidence. Don't let it get in your head. You have proven you can cut. You just do it again when the time comes.

I'm there myself and I've NEVER seen my abs, but I've worked a year to get my bf down and I'm finding that the focus entirely on cals and continued slow cutting has seriously slowed my muscle growth. At least in my case, I just have to nut up and bulk since I want to build so much more size. Not go completely crazy mind you, but bulk, bulk, bulk. When I get the size I want, then I'll get serious about the cut. Ill never compete, so it's all on my own timetable.
 
Valid points man. I may consider not being so concerned with keeping this lean while adding the size back on

Question still stands though if this looks like a good bulk combo or if someone else has a better suggestion?
 
Hopefully someone way more experienced than me will pipe up, but I'm on my 2nd test/tren blast and this 2nd blast is going way better for me because I did AI, caber and proviron from day one. Mr Willy had some issues 1st blast as my prolactin crept up.

Please don't do the 'in case I need it' thing. By the time you feel the need, it's too late to catch up.

What's your dosing on everything? How have the gains been and what sort of surplus are you eating?

I'd probably run proviron to be safe. I really hate caber. The couple times I did take it, it put me in a serious funk and screwed up my sex drive for a week.

What is a lean bulk... WE as BB's usually want to build more mass...Simple Simon told me that : :laugh: SO let me tell you can use any compound and do what a lean bulk is.

Some compound cause more water gain then others we know, but it is your diet and the use of an AI that will keep you lean. As a competitor we would bulk off season. Leanness wasn't the key but putting on mass was. In that respect as we gained water and a little fatty tissue our weight increase would help us to lift heavier.

So in essence you are not bulking you are just building mass and keeping the sides down. Steroids help us build mass but it is the sides that are the downfall.

It is best to think of your Goal and read the steroid profiles to put your goal plan together. But the use of ancillaries and an AI is usually critical. I can understand why you do not like Deca. the sides are very hard for some people to keep under control.

Unless you are dieting for a show or some important reason / event I suggest EQ and test... AI such as Adex for a min of 12 weeks and then proper PCT

What dose Tren and Test?

Speaking of having to bail. I felt like I was dying the first two weeks I ran Tren ace. Was only running 75mg EOD and was angry, sweating, unable to sleep. Then I switched to daily injections and it all was fine. Too much of a roller coaster with pinning ace 48 hours apart I guess.
 
When I get around to trying tren & mast I'll probably do 200 test, 350 tren, 350 mast.

Do you have any qualitative feedback on 200 test / 350 tren vs 400 test 200 tren? A-hole factor? Rage? Results?
 
Therein lies the twist. Not everyone has quite the same sides and I'm a seriously effed up anomaly. Tren sides for me are crushed cardio, insomnia and night sweats. NOT anger :-o the low test/hi tren turned me into the biggest romantic that Wifee almost begged me to get back on it!

The reason I'm playing my with tren AND EQ is because my EQ blast made awesome gains and gave me a huge bump in strength and intensity..... and almost cost me my marriage! I was a total prick

It's too soon to judge this tren blast for strength or size gains but the lower tren is definitely less impactful on my sweats n crappy cardio. This combo has me watching myself for prickly aggression but because I can 'see it' I can catch it before it gets out of hand.

The truth is, you just gotta try stuff to see how it effects you. Pay attention, don't go straight to full throttle and STOP if something goes wrong.

Blood work tells the inside story. My wife n my workout partner let me know if my tude gets bad. The mirror, scale n strength tell the rest!
 
So... I was content with this idea....

Except my source only has Tri-Tren 150. Could I just use that and pin twice a week? Anyone have experience with it before?
