I am currently taking 100mg of tren eod with 400mg of test a week. im seeing good results but now i want to cut up more than add muscle but i want to do so without losing the muscle ive built. my diet is very rich in protein and moderate in carbs. i also do alot of cardio however im looking for a boost for summer. was thinking of switching to 50mg of Winstrol (winny) eod with clen. however, after doing a good amount of reading on this website im startin to see alot of people say that tren may cut u up just as good as Winstrol (winny) will and if this is true i will stick to tren and add some clen with it. i am 22 6'0 weigh 215 and my bf% is 18. any advice will help thanks

might be too late since you have already decided to begin your cycle, but you might have had better results if you lowered you bf% before you began your cycle, cutting and dropping bf% on cycle are two entirely different things...

tren doesnt cut you up, your diet will determine that, test prop alone could cut you up if you ate the right way....

check your diet, increase low intensity cardio (do a lot of walking), drink plenty of water...

thanks for the info. i guess i will continue to eat right and up the cardio i just figured that something like clen can be cuttin body fat while tren or Winstrol (winny) could build lean muscle. i guess that would be too good to be true right lol

it is difficult for your body, your trying to pull it in 2 directions. You need to maintain and exceed calories to build lean muscle, but you need to keep them below your maintenance calorie needs to lose weight/ burn fat...

The cutting vs. bulking question has always bugged me. Simply put, it makes sense that to gain muscle you need to have a net gain in calories and to burn off fat you need a net loss. This would make the two mutually exclusive. I've always alternated with bulking and cutting, but in my line of work I need to have exceptional endurance (i.e. running) so I don't have the luxury of cutting my cardio much when bulking. My doctor (whose specialty is in physical rehabilitation) said that the muscle building and fat burning processes aren't related enough to make it impossible to do both simultaneously. Any thoughts from the docs and experts out there?
