Tribulus Terrestris... does it work?

OK its been around and used for many years (hundreds if not thousands) but does it actually alter test levels or is it more of a placebo effect?

anyone know of any studies? what do people think?

IMO it works very little, ive used it off and on for years. Some of the results i had might have been a placebo effect.

It's not all the expensive, but I don't really know if the benefits are all that much either. I throw it in with my PCT just for the sake of it. I figure that if it helps me recover 5% more/quicker, it's worth the $15 I spent on it.

my conclusion..... So i think the benefits of taking this sup are at best minimal, may give you a mental lift (placebo thinking your test is higher) but the hype around this product is a mix of gym lore by people not in the know and clever marketing by companies trying to sell it!

Atlas and quest make fake gear dont ever buy it if it doesnt have a din and lot number and can be tracked threw a pharmacy it is fake and dont waste ur money on it it is basement lab garbage i dont recomend anything online
people are so desperate for juice they buy anything avoid disapointment
wasted lotsa money on garbage stuff many times
