Tricept Short Head.!!

The long head of my tricept is well developed perhaps over developed , but I really need to do some target work for the short outer head of my tricept what do you guys suggest for it?
 
I reccomend stop working your tricept, and start training your triceps.

Dips, french press, cable pressdowns. Do 2 of those per week, and you will have big triceps. Presses will also train your tris alot without isolating them.

Just please stop working your tricepts, they actually make your triceps look smaller if they get too big.
 
My short outer head is good, never had to do anything extra for it.

Genetics. I have to try real hard for my chest though.
 
I could be wrong, but I think the two heads of the tricep get worked equally when doing most exercises. I know the outer bicep is worked with a narrow grip curl, so maybe the same logic holds true for the tricep. If you do mostly closegrip, then start doing more widegrip or vice versa
 
You can't Isolate any one head of the tricep, they all flex together. Just work them hard and they will grow proportionately. Like GM said, alot has to do with genetics.

ummm...... tricep indicates three heads. as bicep indicates two.

dips, benching or any other pressing movement will build tris faster. I like lockouts to spank the tris cause you can load up on weight and mo weight means mo muscle.

check out the video section they are in there. 8" 6" and 4" hand placement makes a diff too. you'll notice on the 4" the lifter has a medium grip and the others the lifter has a wide grip. frame 16 in the video section
