OK I will start this up tomorrow and try to post a few times a week...My schedule is busy right now with finals coming up and work.

Whats up everyone? I will be one of the loggers for the new Black Extreme from Mr.Supps. I will be starting my cycle Monday 23Sept. Thanks to Cane, and A munzer ,I was sent one bottle, and I have purchased another bottle on my own. I will run 2 caps am/pm . My goals for this cycle are to lose bf%/ tone up as much as possible. I will also have on cycle support ready if any sides are to arise (clomid) . For this cycle I will attempt to see how versatile this can be by cuttin my carbs really low and jack up the protein to about 250 a day. I will be adding forma stan from mr.supps for the last few week of my cycle along with the weeks after along with Forged post cycle support.

Clomid on hand for emergencies

My workout will consist of 3 days lifting 2 days cardio/abs, I will switch them up weekly to keep it fresh. Pull up a chair get ready, its gonna be fun!
 
OK. only 3 days in and not too much to log, just wanted to touch base. Did the norm chest and tris on Monday followed by 2 days of cardio. I do 1-2 hours of walking 3-4 mph through my development of rolling hills, and did back and bis today. I really want to see how versatile this can be, so I am eating about 3-400 under maintenance just for shits and giggles. No issues so far to log, Ill keep post again at the end of the week!
 
Quick update..Honestly been eating about 2100=2200 calories a day all week, my maintenance is around 2600. Something around 40%Pr 30% carb 30% fat.Was on track until last night.. I did not count at all , and had an Italian dinner I splurged with a chicken parm breast and 1 cup of wheat pasta and a piece of garlic bread. I did do shoulders like a beast yesterday and after dinner walked about 1.5 hours with my family. I did notice some aggression, comes with the territory.. My libido is through the roof !!!! All in all pleased so far. I will post more on Monday and try and post a weekly pic so you can see the difference over the month and a half. Understanding that this is a bulker, I am very curious how this will turn out keeping my caloric intake so low. We will see. Thanks for all the support so far!!!! Oh and no neg side effects such as acne, hair loss..I did throw in some Finastride as I do every cycle as hair loss runs in the fam..Only use .5 gram a day to maintain.

8 days in and already feeling it..awesome, can't wait for the next post and pics! Good luck bro!
 
Things are going extremely well..only up one pound , currently 170 , as I have been doing a lot of cardio.No sides whatsoever, and honestly feeling great.Did legs yesterday will be running to the gym here shortly for some chest and tris..I will try to snap a progress pic when I am done..

Strength-4 Bench 85 lb dumbbells today for every chest set without a spot no issues..Used to requite spots on last sets
Libido-4 Through the roof
Only side I noticed is I'm extremely warm, temp wise all the time...BP is normal.. Appetite is starting to kick in big time.
Put up some pics for week two...Enjoy

Ok starting off week 3..Currently 173 LBS, I ate like total shit yesterday..I had my carbs too low, to the point i was dying at the gym and feeling a little sick feeling, so yesterday I loaded lol. This morning woke up started my Forma yesterday, had some back pumps today..Drank alot of H20 and threw in some Taurine, and boom, I'm healed . Even with eatig below maintenance this is def a wet coumpound. Very good for a recomp but not for a cut cycle. No other issues what so ever.
