TRT questions about E2 & HCG & Fertility.

1. How many of you guys have to use an AI while on TRT? ... im assuming your T range stays in the physiological range.
2. How many use HCG?
3. What are the chances of being fertile coming off long term TRT with and without HCG?

2. A lot of us but probably fewer than #1.
3. Not as good as if you use hCG.

Anytime T goes up, e2 follows. That being said I think guys on TRT tend to aromatase more than they would if they had the same natty T levels, due to the feedback loop being closed. Hypothalamus can't regulate e2 levels any more.

Like PD said, you can definitely have high E2 and normal TT while on TRT. Things act very differently once the HPTA feedback loop is closed.

Thanks... are there any long term / wide sample size studies on TRT, particularly its safety? if theres ones that include ancillaries, even better.

Yes there are. Search through the TRT forum and you will find studies.
