TRT Restart Attempt--Labs after 3 weeks of HCG Only

After 3 weeks of stopping test injections:

I was on 500iu E2D for 3 weeks with 0.1mg arimidex ED (0.7mg/week) during that 3 week period. Labs were taken right before my next hcg shot.

Labs came in at:
531 Total Testosterone (348-1197)
15.3 Estradiol (7.6-46.2)
0.1 LH (1.7-8.6)
<0.2 FSH (1.5-12.4)

Am I ready to start clomid? How do my numbers looks?

Should I start taking clomid now if i plan to taper off hcg in a week or two? I plan on clomid 12.5mg ED

You bridged the HCG after stopping T injections. Might be some T left in your system.
Have your balls grown a bit on this protocol?
Can you handle anothet week or 2 of the HCG or do you want to be done with it?
Lighten up your adex dose just a tad..
You could let estradiol get to 25 pg/ml...

But what is MOST important is how DO YOU feel?
If you feel ok estradiol wise or in general. ..leave it be.
Not to sure that clomid dose is sufficient. ..
By all means try it though...
clomid can be started 4 days after last HCG dose.
I have used HCG mono protocols off and on for 10 years...
At the doses you ran as well.

You dont need high doses of HCG to hit restart levels for endogenous T.
Guys usually have good success in getting their natural production up after they have hit the 500's in TT with HCG.

Do I need to wait for LH and FSH levels to come back before I stop HCG mono and start clomid? I see some guys with low but still visible LH/FSH numbers while on hcg mono. However, my LH/FSH numbers are still basically undetectable. I'm just worried my LH/FSH won't come back once I stop the hcg injections. Basically I think my testicles are ready to respond, but my pituitary is still shut down and ready to produce LH/FSH signals.


Testicle and ejaculate volume has increased. Libido isn't as good though.

It has been 4 weeks since I am on hcg mono. I plan to make it to 5 weeks and then start clomid at 50mg ED and lower it if I start feeling side effects. Maybe 50mg ED for first week to frontload and then 25mg ED for next three weeks.

When should I get my next blood test?

NO. Most guys start the SERMS 4 days after last HCG shot.
Its normal for LH/FSH to be suppressed after stopping HCG mono.
Thats what the clomid is there for...to stimulate the pituitary.
