I have been reading post till i'm going crazy on what is the best way to go about the pre-workout boost products. I was looking at doing taurine powder with CEE. However I also am interested in the Buzz Saw product. I have read on here where guys are getting the same effects off of taurine, arginine, and CEE. Is this the base of the Buzz Saw product? I am really confused on how I want to spend my money. I know if I do the seperate powders I get more bang for my buck so that is why I was looking to go that direction.

Could somebody step in and give me some directions here?

Thanks bros!

I wouldnt put too much effort into deciding on a product, but you have definitely chosen the best route by going with bulk powders (or a mix of powders like BuzzSaw from a "bulk" company like TP).

My favorite pre workout ingredients are caffeine, l-tyrosine, taurine, and creatine. BCAA Boost + CEE is a combo I like a lot. I think Buzz Saw is an even better pre workout supp.

I will be trying Beta Focus + Creatine once I get back into weight-gain mode.

Either of the NO products would be great with a caffeine pill preworkout as well.

In the past, before TP offered pre-mixed products, i ordered a bunch of different bulk powders and threw together an equal number of servings of each powder into an old protein jug and made my own pre-workout cocktail, which ended up being very similar to BUZZSAW. Ordering a single product is a thousand times less of a PITA.

Real quick, I am ordering in powder form seperates off TP. I am getting creatine, caffeine, taurine, and arginine. I plan on making these my pre-workout supplements and make a post workout concoction as well minus caffiene. What are you alls thoughts?

throw some l-tyrosine in pre workout as well.

you dont really need a concoction post workout. just have some of the creatine with some carbs.

It talks about on the TP site about it being an appetite suppresant enhancer. Have you had this problem? I sure don't need to feel full. Gaining weight is most important with me!

never has it had that effect on me, nor have i ever heard that as one of its qualities.

its is a precursor to catecholamines dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. it helps with mental alterness and can help avoid mental fatigue.

it is also beneficial for thyroid when dieting.

edit: you misread the description on TP; it doesnt say that L-tyrosine creates an appetite-suppressant effect, but that it can enhance the appetite-suppressant effect of thermogenics like ephedrine.

I would go with one of the TP mixes to save yourself the headache of having to measure everything out yourself.
I use the NO-Reload with with Beta-Alanine added in preworkout. I drink enough coffee, so I don't supplement caffeine

This is probably what I will end up doing to cut out the headache, cause it's already aching trying to figure out what I wanted. Why do we make things harder on ourselves sometimes?
