So for almost half the price you will get 8.25 more servings with less additives and pure products.

NOTE* Still use two servings like EAS*

I would lose the dextrose and use Waxy Maise Starch ( or use less dextrose and sub in some WMS)

That stuff is loaded with sugar... which you don't need.

Look into some Waxy maise.

Thanks:)
So are you saying that 5% of glutamine OR 5% of Leucine is 2.5 per serving?
I think I would like 2G each of the 3 BCAA's and 6G of Glutimine per serving.
What flavor would be recommended to use as a sweetner?

Thanks for the tip:)
I am 5'8 170 and trying to get in competition shape of 160 so the less sugar the better.

Recieved it today & had my 1st serving.
Bcaa flavor was ok but the dextrose/whey mix was clumpy like chalk???
Should I have used a blender?
And is 1/2 a scoop the 5G serving of BCAA's ??

ive never had a single clump in any of my TP protein, and ive gone through probably 100 pounds.

for the BCAAs....what scoop are you referring to? The big red one? No half of that would be ~15g BCAAs or so.

It is a blue scoop that is 2 inches high.
So if 1/2 scoop is 15G then a 1/4 scoop is what I really need and clumping might be beacause there is to much.
Do you use a shake cup or blender??

nastiest shit ive ever tasted

Unlike the commercial brands that tries to make things tastier for pussy 70 pound barbell curl squat rack boys... TrueProtein.Com makes excellent products.

TRY BSL flavorings.

hmm...never seen a blue scoop. 2 inches high makes it sound like a 40cc scoop. Look on the bottom somewhere and see if there is a cc sizing on it anywhere (might have to look really hard).

btw are we talking about protein clumping, or BCAAs clumping? Because BCAAs dont mix for shit, whereas i can usually mix my protein simply by swirling it around in a cup with some water, i dont even need a spoon. Maybe its the dextrose clumping. Its been a while since ive used dex, so i dont remember what its consistency is.

and yes, BCAAs are pretty nasty.

It says 70cc scoop but no line to see how much searving size should be?
yea 70cc is a regular protein scoop. you definatly dont want to be measuring BCAAs with this one. TP sells scoops in 1g, 5g, and other increments very cheap. Or you could just buy a digital food scale...these things are invaluable, i use mine all day everyday.

You could use a tablespoon to measure BCAA. Off the top of my head, a heaping tablespoon should be about 5g BCAAs.

What I do is... Purchase BCAA's and or glutamine seperate... 1 pound... You get 90+ servings...

I take 10 grams (BCAA's/Glutamine) so I will get 5g of each.
